• Communications: records of calls, texts, and emails between you and us or the licensed professionals we connect you with, including SMS verification codes.

• To connect you with independent licensed life insurance agents and schedule appointments you request.
• To contact you by phone, text message (including automated texts), and email about your request, per the consent you give when submitting the form. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.
• To verify your phone number, prevent fraud and abuse, document consent, improve our services, and comply with law.

How we share information

• Licensed agents and scheduling staff: your contact details and questionnaire answers are shared with the independent licensed insurance agent and appointment staff assigned to your request so they can serve you. Each request is matched to one assigned agent; we do not sell your information to lists of competing buyers.
• Service providers: vendors that operate our platform — hosting, database, SMS delivery, calendar scheduling, payment processing, analytics/advertising measurement, and consent certification — process data on our behalf.
• Legal: when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights, safety, and property.

Your choices and rights

• Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages.
• Ask the assigned agent or email us to stop calls.
• Depending on your state, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the sale/sharing of your personal information. Email admin@showupandclose.io and we will honor applicable requests.

Retention & security

We keep lead and consent records as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, regulatory, and dispute-resolution obligations, then delete or de-identify them. We use commercially reasonable safeguards; no system is 100% secure.

Children

Our services are for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
